This custom, single-family residence design inspiration was influenced by Adirondack lodges of the Pacific Northwest, and is placed on a five-acre wooded lot in an exclusive sub-division. An open timber truss design down the center spine of the home allows for open living on the main and upper levels. Family members can be engaged in every public space in the house whether on the main level or upper level. Stained concrete floors, textured ledger stone, custom light fixtures, and cable railings add an elegant, rustic charm. This sustainable home is designed with a radiant concrete floor and utilizes natural day lighting strategies limiting the need for electric lighting.
