At a previous architectural firm, one of the Principals was involved in this project. From early conceptual design, design development, construction documents and construction administration, knowledge and experience in the multi-family housing market sector was gained. This distinctive, multi-family building features 24 living units in one continuous building. Units range from one to four levels, encompass seven different floor plans, with variety to allow for step-free one-bedroom condominiums with attached one-car garages, townhouses, and loft-style units. All garages are rear-entry and are on the lowest level. All units boast an outdoor space, and four of the townhouses feature rooftop decks and balconies that are suitable for roof gardens overlooking the dynamic Kansas City skyline. This urban gated community is designed with a European auto courtyard, and its exterior is a mixture of modern stainless steel with warm brick and stucco accents. Interiors feature granite countertops, bamboo flooring, and stainless steel appliances with spacious ceilings at a minimum of 10 feet high with some units having 15 feet ceilings.
